The Board of Adjustment was created to hear appeals of the Zoning Administrator and to grant variances in harmony with the general purpose of the zoning code. There is a fee to go before the Board of Adjustment (please click on "fees" on left side of screen for more information). Terms: 5 years
Meetings: 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. (meet only when hearing specific appeal)
Appointed by the Mayor with confirmation of the City Council.
