Join us for two exciting days of golf and camaraderie at the Memorial Golf Tournament, held in memory of David “Lags” Lageschulte, a beloved Waverly native, successful entrepreneur, and philanthropist. The event will feature a 9-Hole Par 3 Challenge on Thursday and a 4-Person Best Shot Golf Tournament on Friday.

July 11th: 9 Hole Par 3 Challenge - Shotgun start 5:00pm
July 12th: Golf Tournament - Shotgun start 11:00am
July 13th: Lagsride, Community Bike Ride - Location TBD

Participants can enjoy both events at a discounted rate. Immediately following the tournament on Friday, we invite everyone to an after party at Joe's Knight Hawk (1002 W. Bremer Ave, Waverly, IA), where we will announce the tournament results, award prizes, and auction off fantastic items.

David “Lags” Lageschulte was known for his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to giving back to the community. This event honors his legacy and supports Self-Help International, an organization he was passionate about, which focuses on alleviating hunger and promoting sustainable development.
