Learn at Lunch: Addressing Social Media Etiquette with Employees in a Volatile Political Climate
In light of the recent Presidential election results, many people are taking to social media to express their personal opinions. This "freedom of speech" is sometimes proving to be hostile or inappropriate. Also, companies are beginning to catch the backlash of their employees' posts.
Find out how much reach a company has into its employees’ personal social media presence, and how much protection the employee has to express themselves without fear of reprimand from their employer. Participants will also learn about other social media and business etiquette issues that can cause a company heartburn.
