Bremer County Economic Indicators

A strong housing market is reflected in the second quarter economic indicators for Bremer County. Home sales are up, days on market down, and new home construction figures outpaced the same quarter a year ago. Employment numbers remain strong as well. Mumford & Sons Rock Waverly

Waverly hosted the Gentlemen of the Road music festival in June, featuring the Grammy Award winning British folk band Mumford & Sons. The festival was a huge success, bringing over 15,000 visitors to the community and generating an economic impact of $7 million to the region.
