Inspection Procedure
The City of Waverly has two inspection procedures. Following submittal of plans and applicable application and fees, City staff will review the plans and grant permission to start the project.
- Inspections for new structures or work on structures will be arranged with the Bremer County Inspections Office at (319) 352-0332.
- Inspections for work involving but not limtied to: adding fill material in the floodplain areas, fencing, signage, parking lots, housing chickens, rental properties, and other general land use exterior work will be arranged with the Waverly Community Development Office at (319) 352-9208.
