Phone and Email Issues at the City of Waverly

Yesterday morning around 9:30 a.m., the City of Waverly discovered they could not receive or make any external phone calls.  Century Link was notified of the situation.  Later in the afternoon, it was also discovered that the City wasn’t receiving any external emails nor could they email anyone outside of the City.  Century Link continues to be working on the problem. 

If you have a situation that you need someone in the City to be aware of and  if you are unable to stop by, please submit a request to http://www.waverlyia.com/contact-us.aspx.  The request will be sent to the appropriate department for review.  The department will respond to your request to let you know how it was handled once the phone/email issue has been fixed.
