Compost Delivery
The City of Waverly offers the delivery of compost to homes and businesses within City limits. Residents may pick up compost at the Yard Waste Site, but they must hand shovel and load the compost themselves. The City cannot load mulch onto trailers or pickups due to its weight and the potential risk of damaging a customer's vehicle.
