WPL Foundation

The Waverly Public Library Foundation – a 501(c)3 nonprofit – was created to make an important contribution to the quality of life in the Waverly community through long-term supplementary support of the Library. Through generous donations from the public, the Foundation helps sustain the Library’s mission, services, building, and gardens.  

The Foundation serves as a financial development and fund custodial organization aimed at helping the Library manage, invest, and utilize gifts and bequests. A Special Projects Committee meets regularly to evaluate and grant Foundation funds to worthy project proposals. A separate Endowment Fund has been established for those gifts intended to serve as a lasting legacy.
