Chelsea Petersen 

Executive Director                                                                               

Chelsea joins the Waverly Chamber Main Street as the Executive Director, where she will lead efforts to promote economic growth, advocate for local businesses, and strengthen community relationships. With over 15 years of experience in community engagement and nonprofit leadership, Chelsea is dedicated to fostering a vibrant business environment in Waverly.

Prior to joining Waverly Chamber Main Street, Chelsea held key positions at PrairieStone Senior Living and Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community, where she successfully led teams to provide exceptional quality care, build brand awareness in an established market and foster relationships with a variety of key stakeholders. Her strategic vision and collaborative approach will enable her to build strong partnerships with local government, businesses, and community organizations.

Tiffany Schrage 

Special Events Director

With over 10 years of chamber experience, Tiffany assists with managing and leading the quality of life initiatives that make people want to live, work, and play in the Waverly area. She is highly involved in the community and serves on a variety of boards and commissions which help further promote her professional mission including Waverly-Shell Rock Area United Way, Bremer County Relay for Life, Waverly Area Partnership for Healthy Living, Waverly Public Arts Committee and the Eastern Iowa Tourism Association. With years of diversified experience and responsibility, Tiffany possesses extensive knowledge in event planning, marketing, fundraising, volunteer management and public relations. Her experience, coupled with her love for the community of Waverly, make her well equipped to assist the Chamber in sustaining dynamic programs that promote an overall quality experience for residents and visitors alike.

Todd Kuethe 

Administrative Assistant

Todd comes to the organization with over 40 years of experience owning and operating a successful business, Quality Accounting in the Cedar Valley area.  After selling the business in 2021 and retiring he is eager to give back to the Chamber some of the knowledge he has gained in helping small businesses succeed.  As a life-long resident of Readlyn, Todd has many connections to the Waverly area. He is excited to see existing businesses grow and new businesses become part of the Waverly landscape.

Grace Chambers

Communications & Marketing Assistant

Grace joins the Chamber team as a 2023 marketing graduate of Iowa State University with a passion for serving the local community. As the newest member of the team, she is excited to apply her marketing and communication skills with a real purpose. She was born and raised in the Cedar Valley and spent time with her family in Waverly growing up, giving her a strong connection to the area. Grace is looking forward to assisting the Chamber, Main Street Program and the Waverly community in achieving their goal of supporting local businesses.
