Job Fair and Skilled Trades Career Expo for Students

The Job Fair & Skilled Trades Career Expo for middle school and high school students will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Waverly-Shell Rock High School. The Chamber is very excited to bring this event to the W-SR students who may feel a 4-year college is not in their future but want to research other opportunities. School. The event will be open to students in grades 7-12 from W-SR and surrounding school districts, with the goal of helping them explore meaningful career opportunities.

The registration fee for member businesses to participate is $50 ($75 non-member), and we
invite you to join us in offering valuable information about your industry. This event will mirror
the success of the Manufacturing Night, which has grown over the years to attract significant
attendance, and we are eager to expand that success to additional skilled trades.

This event will highlight trades such as electricians, plumbers, auto mechanics, etc. Interested students and their parents are encouraged to attend.
