Minor Plat
The City of Waverly considers incidental moving of lot lines on a plat of survey and other instances where no right-of-way for public use is being dedicated to be a minor subdivision.
A minor subdivision requires examination by the Community Development Office prior to being recorded. In some instances, a minor subdivision plat may be required to be brought forth to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council where a recorded subdivision plat will be altered from the original recorded lot line dimensions.
